Should you ignore your narcissist when he is abusive?

Yes, you should ignore him or anybody who is abusive. The truth is: nobody is perfect and sometimes we need people to teach us a lesson. Ignoring him is the best thing you could do for him and for YOU. If he really loves you, he will eventually realize he made a mistake but this would only happen if you ignore him long enough, and this means, ignoring his first attempts to contact you, it is hard but at the end it is worth it.
