Ammo for Mossberg 500 Mariner

The barrel will be marked with the ammunition it uses.

A 500A is a 12 gauge and can use any factory made ammunition that's up to 3" long. That includes all 12ga birdshot shells either 2 3/4" or 3", all 12ga buckshot shells, and all 12ga slugs of the same lengths.
