If you get your belly button pierced how long does it hurt for?

I've had my belly button pierced and i can honestly say it didnt hurt for that long,

obviously its all dependant on the person however, personally id say for 2-3 days it can become sore, try to avoid bending down because it can rub and delay the healing process but also cause discomfort. Make sure you clean it everyday for as many times as your piercer recommends and it takes about 4-18 months to fully heal, this again is dependant on the person, so dont freak out if its not completely healed withing a couple of months.
