What is faster than a peregrine falcon?

"They are the fastest animal on the planet. Nothing is faster than them actually" was said. However, this is not true. In normal flight a peregian falcon can only go around 80 mph, while the spine-tailed swift, can go around 107 mph. The peregian falcon can only be counted as the fastest when diving. While diving, this falcon can reach 200 mph.
