Can you get pregnant off a stuffed animal?

Generally no. To get pregnant, sperm cells must enter your body. Unless it has fresh semen on it, you won't get pregnant from a stuffed animal. And if you have your clothes on while humping the stuffed animal, there is virtually no chance of getting pregnant that way.
