alright, you may want to check in your owners manuel for the reset code if you did not set it yourself, but you should also try holding in the "band" button and once it pops up with a screen the should have 4 lines _ _ _ _, you should do 0000 or 1111, if its neither of those or you dont have an owners book, you may want to call your local dealer.-Shocker
