Factors that lead to cultural Superiority?

The major factors that lead to cultural superiority can be out lined from decrypted secrets of Matured Harappan Civilization modied for modern world. The accountability and steps towrds ending the corruption are the other major factors.Most of the developed countries are thought to be super culture but people donot accept it.
