What is the average height of men in Africa?

It would vary greatly, more than any place on earth. However if you're around or within 158-186cm, I believe you wouldn't be considered too short or too tall anywhere in the world. The place where I'm from 175-177cm seem average, though my closest family is about 185cm on average. I'm almost 190cm.

Anyway, regarding Africa, getting an approximate average height for men in this continent is hard on account of the lack of data available (or at least easily available), but I will say that the shortest African country is Nigeria, with men averaging 163.8cm there. I'm not sure about the tallest, but I'm pretty sure there's places that come relatively close to the average height in America and the UK.
