What is optimum flow rate for laminar flow in water pipe?

Simply continuity law apply:

Q=AV

Q= flow rate

A=Area

V= Velocity

Normally velocity is around 1 m/s to 3 m/s.Pipe area calculted by it size.

We get the answer of flow rate.
