Typically not.

You may run afoul of copyright infringement (which is a civil matter) if you were to, say, print the Nike logo on some shirts and sell them.

Some countries may forbid certain symbols from being worn in pubic. In Germany, it is illegal to wear a swastika, or anything in support of Naziism, in public.
