Where is air filter on 3100 engine in 1998 Buick regal?

In a 1998 Buick Regal with a 3100 engine, the air filter is located in the engine compartment. It is housed within a black plastic air cleaner assembly, which is positioned near the front of the engine, to the driver's side. To access the air filter, you'll need to unclip or unscrew the top of the air cleaner assembly. Once opened, you can remove the old air filter and replace it with a new one.
