Do sporozoan's never have more then one host?

Sporozoans, a group of parasitic protozoa, often require multiple hosts to complete their life cycles. For example, the malaria-causing genus Plasmodium has a complex life cycle involving both humans and Anopheles mosquitoes. While some sporozoans may have a single host, many rely on multiple hosts to facilitate different stages of their development and reproduction. Therefore, it is not accurate to say that sporozoans never have more than one host.
