How can you recover a deleted note from your iPod?

If you are using iPod nano, shuffle, classic...then try a iPod data recovery software (see below)to recover your note.

If you are holding an iPod touch, use Data Recovery for iTunes (see below)to recover the file.

Also never should you put more files to your device before you retrieve the lost file back. Regards.
