According to the US Bill of Rights they are:
1st amendment
Freedom of speech, expression, the press, religion, and assembly and the right to petition
2nd
the right to keep and bear (have) arms (guns)
3rd
you can't quarter troops, which means the government cant force you to take a soldier into your home
4th
protection against unreasonable search and seizure
5th
everyone gets due process of law and can't be forced to incriminate oneself
6th
the right to a trial by jury of peers, speedy trial, right to a lawyer (there are also the Miranda rights where police MUST tell you of these rights)
7th
civil trial, and can be appealed to higher courts
8th
no excessive bail or cruel/unusual punishment
9th
you're protected for things not in the constitution (this was put in bc the founding fathers couldn't possibly predict what the future would bring)
10th
basically, powers not granted to the federal government nor prohibited to the states by the Constitution of the United States are reserved to the states or the people
there are also other things like women's rights and equal rights that were later added
