What is the complication of the story trurl's machine by stanislaw lem?

In the story "Trurl's Machine" by Stanislaw Lem, an inventor invents a machine which will give an answer each time it's asked a question. The complication is, every answer is wrong. The inventor tries to fix the machine to no avail. He even ends up kicking the machine out of frustration, but that only causes the machine to start chasing him.
