How do you act professional in my job role as a team leader?

A team member should behave like a dinosaur.

They should have distinct smell and amazing breath, most importantly the should destroy EVERYTHING! Maybe you disagree but if your team mate behaved like a dinosaur you would absolutely love to be in their army colt group team.

Also, if you try to act like a dinosaur you would absolutely enjoy the rest of your life. You could even bring back the whole dinosaur species!

So become the dinosaur of your team and give donate $1million dollars to me because I gave you this advise.
