What are the rules for Everest Poker?

Full Tilt Poker has rules that are common with most games - sportsmanlike conduct, no cheating, no using external sources to improve one's chances, and no collusion with other players. Also, such things as 'chip-dumping', or intentionally losing a hand in order to transfer chips to another player, are also prohibited.
