Do not resuscitate do you have to call 911?

It is still a good idea to call 911, even in the case of home-bound patients with DNR orders who have expired (or do not wish emergent interventions so that they may be allowed to peacefully die on their own, per their expressed wishes). In this manner, transport to a hospital morgue will occur and cause of death will be determined. This will leave little doubt about cause of death (and rule out homicide, for instance).
