This is a great debate.
Some may say vegetarians are healthier due to omitting large amounts of cholesterol and fat from their diet while replacing it with vitamin, mineral and anti-oxidant rich fruits and vegetables.
Others say vegetarians have a hard time balancing the correct amount of protein to balance a diet without meat.
It is important to consider that all vegetarian dishes are not necessarily healthy and any diet requires you to select healthy choices low in bad fats, cholesterol, sodium and sugars. A doctor should be consulted before you make important diet changes.
