Effective andsensitive ways of ending relationships with people?

Always do it in person!! never ever do it via text, phone, email or wose, facebook!!

meet them, face to face and simply explain our feelings and that the relationship isn't something you feel you want to continue.

never say

1. its not you...its me

2. I'm not ready for a relationship (then why were you dating)

3. your a nice girl/guy but...

or anything that insinuates they are not good enough or you have met someone else.

be sincere, honest but firm and once its ended, its best to keep a distance for a while.
