What colour is the apricorn needed to make the gs ball?

No color or ammount of apricorns can make the GS Ball. The GS Ball was only given out in Japan for Pokemon Crystal. It prompts a Celebi while at the shrine in the Ilex Forest. But there is no way to create it.
