Did Lyndon Johnson bring the troops back from Vietnam?

Definitely not...quite the opposite; he's the president who escalated the Vietnam War...and in typical "Big Government" fashion...ran the war from Washington, D.C. instead of leaving it to the "Professional" soldiers/commanders "in-country".
