How do you remove fuel pump on land rover discovery?

Assuming you have a V8 petrol, it is in the fuel tank.

Open the rear door and remove the black plastic strip the covers the carpet in the door jam.

Pull up the carpet

Undo the screws holding the black plate in the centre of the cargo floor.

You are now looking at the top of the tank, undo the wiring loom and fuel lines.

Unscrew the large plastic nut that holds the pump housing in, this may require a screwdriver and hammer to loosen the nut initially.

Pull up the pump housing, this has the pump in it.
