Who was the first Filipino person to the moon?

As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, no Filipino person has traveled to the moon. However, there have been discussions and ambitions regarding Filipino astronauts and space exploration. The Philippines has been involved in space programs, but a Filipino moon mission has yet to be realized.
