This is really up to you... i personally think that letting them touch is the first step of loosing your virginity because when they touch your hormones began going in a faster pace. then it carries on.. i am in this situation where i won't because, i believe this. but when you think about it you have to have control over yourself.. i have been going with him for 8 months and he has never touched or even seen it with out my panties being off.. but men can only hold off for a certain amount of time before they have to get something if its touching, rubbing, fingering, or actually doing it have sex with him after i want u to kiss each othors dik and vgina
