Could one purchase a Toyota Kluger in America?

As of right now the Toyota Kluger is only sold in Australia and Japan. However, the Toyota Highlander is currently available in America and is the same SUV as the Kluger. The Kluger was on display at this years 2013 car show in New York City and there are plans to export the Kluger to America in the near future.
