What do you consider to be your most important aims and task in the next year for a primary teacher?

As a primary teacher, my most important aims for the next year include fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to take risks in their learning. I aim to enhance my instructional strategies by integrating technology and hands-on activities to engage diverse learning styles. Additionally, I will focus on building strong relationships with students and their families to support their overall development and well-being.
