Is Yakult still good after expiration date?

I drank Yakult that had expired by 90 days. Didn’t know it cos I had bought it in bulk and forgot to keep the count of it and mistakenly drank it on a hot day.

Results : After half an hour, I had a gas attack followed by acute pain in lower abdomen. After having gas medicines, antacid I felt better however, there were some uneasiness in my tummy. So pls check the expiration dates before drinking it.
