What does aboriginals look like?

Aborigines look just like any human. Their main distinguishing feature is their dark skin.
Aborigines vary in physical appearance some have thin legs brown skin, and prominent brow ridges. Others are heavier and darker: some have dark brown hair and others have either bronze or blond.
