What is the Pyrenees republic?

The Pyrenees are a European mountain range. France is a republic, in which the northern portion of the Pyrenees are located. Spain, where their southern portion is located, is not a republic though; it is a kingdom. Andorra, a dual monarchy located in the Pyrenees between France and Spain, is also a kingdom. So, if a so called Pyrenees republics exists, it must be France!
