Background of consuelo ortigas y Perez?

Not a lot is known about Consuelo Ortigas y Perez. She was the daughter of Don Pablo Ortiga y Rey who, at one time, was the president of the Consejo de Filipinas in Madrid. She grew up with her father in Madrid and eventually became involved with Dr. Jose Rizal, a national hero in the Philippines.
