Where can you get nice high-waisted shorts?

I get my high waisted shorts from Forever21, Garage, Brandy Melville, Urban Planet, Urban Outfitters, and Fresh Tops. Fresh Tops is online but if you visit or live in Vegas, they have a store there. I also MAKE high waisted shorts buy getting old high waisted jeans and cutting them or buying high waisted jeans from the thrift shop (for like $2) and cutting them and sewing fabric inton them! I also stud them and distress them myself! Oh and get them from Etsy! So good there! Did this help? Good!
You can get them from Supre and other shops like that.
Pretty much any fashion shop, you just need to look around. Try places like River island and Topshop and also on-line such as asos. Hope that helps
