Where is pack a punch on black ops 2 bus depot survival?

In Black Ops 2's Bus Depot Survival mode, the Pack-a-Punch machine is located in a building to the left of the starting area. To access it, players need to turn on the power by activating the power switch inside the nearby diner. Once the power is on, the Pack-a-Punch machine will become available for use.
