Without knowing details of your situation, it's hard to say. If you're underaged and the car in question is any sort of van, the best advice is to run like there's no tomorrow. Other than that, personally, I'd be wary. But again, I don't know specifics of your situation, and it could be anything from the worst case scenario to him simply being drunk and wanting you to drive him home.
