Why dont rainbows wobble in the wind?

Every point on the rainbow you see has to be a point on the same circle.

If it wobbled, then some parts of it would not be on the same circle as other parts.

Anyway, there's nothing there where you see the rainbow, except for a bunch

of rain or mist or spray in the air. If the wind blows some of them away, then

there's just a space on the circle where you don't see the colors from.
