Curious question. It can encompass anything from sexually explicit language, to masturbation, to concentual and non-concentual sex. While public opinion generally goes with the "go to jail and get raped" paradigm, it rarely happens (about 3 in a thousand), and the majority of those (67%) are perpetrated by staff members on inmates (male and female combined, female victims prevailing).
