· 1. When the tape comes on listing the deaths that everyone has caused who is on the island.

· 2. When they figure out U.N Owen is someone on the island.

· 3. When the first person dies.

· 4. That the deaths match up to the poem.

· 5. That whenever someone dies one of the 10 little Indian Statues is gone.

those are all of the situational irony i could think of...
