About that Boyfriend! My dear, he's still learning. He's still learning how to behave with a girl. Why don't you tell him! Say for example that "it would be nice that for our next date you plan something special and surprise me!" Of course, you might not like that surprise but it's a start. Getting along, establishing a relationship is mostly verbal. Express your feelings - even at time anger - and realize that's how things work if you want to get to know each other.
