How would you convice your parents to let you date and what is a good age to date?

unless you are of the same faith, it is unlikely they will let you. just prove that you are a decent person

Most parents, Jehovah's Witnesses or not, want the best for their children. A parent of a 15 year old may feel that it is not best for them to date at that age. Most Jehovah's Witness parents have educated their children to view dating as a precurser for marriage. Thus they will encourage their children to NOT date simply to fit in with their peers, or to gain romantic (and possibly sexual) experience but to wait until they are physically, emotionally and sexually mature enough to become a partner and possibly a parent.

So how would one convince a parent with the above point of view to let their child date at 15? You would have to convince those parents that you ...

1) Would naturally respect The Bible's councel to avoid all sexual contact until after marriage

2) had the firm intention of marrying if the relationship worked out.

3) where mature enough to not only marry but able to support their child spiritually, emotionally and materially (have enough money to pay for housing, provisions etc)

4) Are mature enough to assume the responsibililty of any children that might come about after #2 (see above)

5)Would encourage their child to serve Jehovah's with all their heart and accompany their child in preaching and teaching the bible as well as all the other aspects fo worshipping as one of Jehovah's Witneses

Having convinced the parents of all the the five points above there may be some chance they will be convinced.

the five points which were high lighted earlier are what will help you. however, no parent is going to be convinced that easily to allow their child to date. this how a parent will reason "if you love my child so much, then love them enough to wait until they are ready". also too, Jehovah's witnesses don't date, they court with every intention to get married. so your chances of getting their 15 year old child to date are very slim.
