Where you can see videos for free?

Most websites that show video stream their media because downloading an entire feature could take a while and pull more bandwith from the server. Watching a full video and streaming the same one will be the same resolution, quality, etc., the only difference is, streaming lets you view it sooner as opposed to much later. Watching videos without streaming is pointless, that's why you'll probably never find a website that doesn't stream.
