How do you make a paper mache bottlenose dolphin?

To make anything out of paper mache you need strips of newspaper, wheat paste or Elmer's glue with water added, paint brush, paint and a frame. The first thing you need to do is make the form or frame of the item you are making. This can be done by using wire or even a balloon. Dip your strips of newspaper in your glue/wheat paste and put it over your frame. You want this to be more than one layer and pretty thick. Once that is done you let it dry. Make sure when you put the paper/paste together that it isn't too wet if it is it could become moldy as it dries. After it dries paint it.
