The four life stages of Tenebrio molitor, commonly known as the mealworm beetle, are the egg, larva, pupa, and adult. Initially, the eggs hatch into larvae, which are the mealworms, feeding and growing for several weeks. After reaching maturity, the larvae enter the pupal stage, during which they undergo transformation. Finally, they emerge as adult beetles, completing the life cycle.
