Do resumes need punation periods

It is really a matter of style. If you are giving a description of your past work experience, you could use full sentences with periods, or just phrases. Periods are natural, but it is the content that is more important. I don't think someone will nit-pick over periods with anyone having Excellent qualifications

Here are three examples:

Work Experience:

At Acme Corporation I was the Director of Sales.

Work Experience:

Director of Sales, Acme Corporation.

Work Experience:

Director of Sales - Acme Corporation
