Unless your employer has a way for you to do so on their own system, there is no way other than asking them to provide it. Obviously this information is very sensitive and secure logins and such are needed..the information is not even on computer in many companies. ANY PLACE CLAIMING YOU CAN PRINT IT ON THEIR SYSTEM COMMERCIALLY IS SCAM...no one other than your employer has access to this info.
