When and how should you handshake with the opposite sex?

Is "handshake" a euphemism for sex here?

When you shake the hand of a person of the opposite sex, it is no different from shaking anyone else's hand. You generally shake someone's hand when you meet. You grip their hand, and shake lightly. There is no difference.
