Yes. You do have to pay. Here's how it works. Go to the webkinz estore. Click on Upgrade to Webkinz Deluxe. There you'll be able to read about all the new features you can get when you become a deluxe member. First you choose your plan. You can choose between 3 month 15.00, per month, 6 month 25.00 per month, Annual, 45.00 per month and annual family 45.00 per month. Annual family you can choose when you have other webkinz members in the family. When you choose it you'll get deluxe member benefits for 5 webkinz accounts. Hope that answered your question.
