Why is it hard to sleep In hot weather?

In my OPINION, this is an opinion, not a true statement. Ok, in my opinion, it's probably because your body has lots of heat, because there is an average of heat inside of you, and when you stay at a very hot place it makes you dizzy because now there is too much heat. And another effect of heat is you get a bloody nose.
