Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card which is form I-90

at some point you are going to need to create a personal account. when they ask for your alien number in the application just do not fill it out.

when you are done doing all this you are going to get a letter from immigration for an appointment to do your fingerprint and picture, it won't take more than one or two weeks.

after you go to the appointment to immigration, go to your nearst social act office and ask for a social number.
