Can you wrap your hair right after a keratin treatment?

Keratin treatment will take 3 days to complete so washing your hair, wrapping, wearing headbands, clips and pins are prohibited, even excessive sweating, so avoid doing physical activities for 3 days. After 3 days you can now do whatever you want with your hair.
