How many hours of video games per week is too much?

Technically, It's not THAT Bad to play a lot of Video Games.

It's not recommended, But if you would like to it's your choice.

If you constantly play video games non-stop without breaks, It can hurt your eyes after a while and you may need to take a rest from video games if your eyes start to hurt after a while on constant video game playing.

If you like to play video games, It is recommended to play about 1 Hour or 1 Hour and a Half and take about a 5 to 10 minute break after playing.
